Phil Schneider practiced law for 19 years with, and was a partner and director of, the Phoenix based, multi-state law firm of Fennemore Craig (oldest law firm in the state of Arizona). His practice focused on specialties of real estate and sports law. Real estate practice included representation of developers of planned communities, resorts, condominiums, shopping centers and office buildings, along with lenders, including banks and insurance companies.
Phil then worked in the planned community and golf course development businesses for 25 years, including developments in Arizona, Scotland, New Mexico and Hawaii. He now devotes his time to personal investments, business advisory roles presently including a legal search firm, and to non-profit organizations. His time devoted to non-profit organizations has included service on the boards of entities devoted to healthcare, education, mountain preservation, wildlife and sustainability. He is a past board member of the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability.
